When you submit the Start a Project form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), company or organization, program type, product type, anticipated units, needed by date, budget range, project details and the names of any files you choose to attach.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your device and browser type, your approximate location and how you arrived at the site.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and scope your project
- To send a confirmation email when you submit the form
- To send occasional emails about production deadlines, factory closures, holiday cutoffs, new techniques and studio updates. Every one of these emails includes a way to unsubscribe.

We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, including Google (Google Analytics and the Google tools that receive and store form submissions), the provider we use to send email and Netlify, which hosts this website.
